Bread Mango Pudding


  • bread slices 8 Nos
  • mango 2 Nos(Peeled,seeded and diced into small size)
  • sugar 1/4 Cups
  • milk 2 Cups
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • ground cardamom 1 Teaspoons


Cut the sides of the bread slices and keep it aside.

Take a bowl and mix sugar, milk and cardamom.

Toss together the pieces of bread and mango, pour into buttered baking dish.

Pour mix over it.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly puffed and golden brown.

Pudding is ready to serve.
