  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 4 Nos(chopped)
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Bay leaf 1 Nos
  • Garam masala 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoons
  • Paneer 25 Grams(Cubed)
  • cream 3 Tablespoons


Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, whole garam spices, coriander seeds,bay leaf, cook this till the time spices change its colour.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, cover and cook for sometime.

Heat 2 tbsp butter, add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away.

Then add ground masala, red chilli powder, mix and cook till the time oil separates from the spices.

Add suitable water.Then add salt, sugar to taste and cook for 6-7.

Add paneer and mix it well, cover it and cook for 5 min.

Finally add cream and stir well. Butter Paneer is ready.
